In preparation for our upcoming production in the early half of 2008, we’d like to invite all who are keen to come for cast audition and crew briefing and send your CV (including what your prior experience (if any) in the relevant aspect of production is, and why you would like to take on this role) by Monday 10 December to thespis.tssoc@gmail.com :

Voice Workshop on 19th December

Dear all,

Thespis is holding another workshop in December – a voice workshop designed to introduce participants to good speaking skills, and the basics of vocal projection and expression. This workshop is suitable for all, whether you are interested in acting or would simply like to improve your class presentations! The workshop will be facilitated by Year 3 Theatre Studies student Anjana Srinivasan.

Facebook Workshop in Dec

Dear all,

Join us on Thursday 13 December 2007 for a devised workshop based on the highly popular (and may I add, addictive) Facebook networking website. The workshop will be facilitated by Alvin Lim, TS1101E tutor and postgrad student who is also under training under TheatreWorks’ Writers’ Lab.

Time: 11am to 3pm (inclusive of lunch* break)
Venue: FASS LT13
Cost: Priceless

Attire: Comfortable, preferably no frocks

Pre-requisite: You should have an existing Facebook account. Do get yourself acquainted with various applications (if you are not so yet), and prepare to re-enact them. You might like bring props (portable ones, of course, such as toilet roll, scrabble, flowers, chocolates, personal items etc) that are related to Facebook.

*Lunch would NOT be provided.

Non-members of Thespis would need to sign up with us in order to attend the workshop.
